Drosera capensis, or the Cape sundew, is an easy to grow South African sundew. It makes a great windowsill plant, but also does well in greenhouse/polytunnel or outside. Protect from frost. It is an excellent fungus gnat/fruit fly catcher, as long as you have a sunny location. Keep it standing in rainwater.

There are many different forms of drosera capensis, including white (capensis alba), all red form, giant form, and specific locations where it has been found.
