For a list of plants, seeds and sundries not listed in the shop have a look at the grow list or contact us below. Off season we are busy splitting and potting up, so new plants become available all the time. If you have a wish-list, let us know and we might be able to find a spare.

Why is my order delayed?
We aim to ship orders received before Monday 5pm on Tuesday, for a Wednesday delivery. Orders received before Wednesday 5pm should go out on Thursday for Friday delivery. We can be flexible, simply email info@wackswickedplants.co.uk if you need to change the shipping date or have an urgent order. There are only the 2 of us (Billy is not great at picking/packing/shipping) so if we are away at shows, or we have a sudden surge in orders, we may not be able to ship as quickly. We will usually ensure we send you a message.
How do I cancel an order?
Simply email us info@wackswickedplants.co.uk and we will cancel/refund as long as the order has not shipped yet
How do I modify an order?

How do I track an order?
If your order contains plants it will ship with DPD, who will contact you directly with tracking information. Some postcodes and compost orders are shipped by Royal Mail, who also contact you directly
How do I get a refund?
If you are not happy with your order, simply email us info@wackswickedplants.co.uk and we will and we will try and rectify the situation. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will organise a Royal Mail collection. We ask that you make sure the plants are packed well, taped in their pot (or clingfilmed in the pot), if possible packed as they arrived. As soon as we receive the plants back we will ensure the refund is sorted.
